To place an order, click on the product you want to purchase to add it to your cart. Note: Please review your order carefully before clicking the order button. Once the order is confirmed, our staff will proceed with packaging and shipping your items

Shipping and Receiving
Orders will be delivered using our container trucks. A forklift is required for easy unloading upon delivery. Please refer to the sample image of the delivery truck below for preparation.
Upon receiving your order, please verify the quantity and accuracy of the items listed on the invoice. Note: Our staff will require a signed confirmation upon delivery, and a copy will be kept for our records.

Products can only be returned or exchanged if the issue is caused by the distributor. Customers must notify the distributor within 24 hours of receiving the goods so that we can issue credit notes to be deducted from the next order.

The minimum order quantity is one pallet of products. You may combine different product codes within one order, but each product code must have at least one line item.
