PLT002 - Bun bo tuoi say deo / Hue's Rice Vermicelli Frozen

Made from bright white rice, bright white, soft, and flexible, fresh beef noodles are often used in the famous Hue beef noodle dish. A rich, delicious broth is combined with ingredients such as beef, pork trotters, pork rolls, and herbs. The vermicelli noodles are moderately soft, do not fall apart when cooked, are easy to eat, and are easy to combine with spices.

Boil: Boil water, add vermicelli and simmer for about 3-4 minutes until soft 

To dry: Relax the vermicelli and put it in the sink to drain 

Finished product:  Vermicelli noodles suit Hue beef noodle soup or Thang noodles. Add broth and meat for a delicious side dish
