Payment Policy
All products listed on the CTWS Group website include Value-Added Tax (VAT).
1. Payment Methods:
- Payment Upon Delivery: Check, bank transfer, or Zelle.
- Payment After Delivery: Available for agents who have been granted credit.
2. Refund Policy:
CTWS Group does not offer refunds for orders that have been successfully delivered and signed for by the recipient.
3. Issuance of VAT Invoices:
Agents/markets must provide the necessary information for VAT invoice issuance before order completion and payment.
