A Few Words About Our Leader
The predecessor of C&T Produce was the LV Food brand, established in 2004 in Houston, Texas, by Ms. Nguyễn Thị Dziễm Chinh (also known as Chinh Nguyễn), a descendant of the Nguyễn Dynasty (6th generation, second main line – a great-grandchild of Emperor Minh Mạng), along with her family members.
Initially, C&T Produce focused on the production and distribution of fresh vegetables and fruits, becoming a leading enterprise in bringing Mexican and, especially, Vietnamese fruits to the U.S. market.
Ms. Diễm Chinh aims to leverage her experience to support Vietnamese food brands in building a sustainable market in the U.S. She and her team are dedicated to helping brands not only sell products but also develop suitable product and pricing strategies. Additionally, they emphasize brand storytelling and implementing effective marketing programs.
With 20 years of experience in the food industry and numerous achievements, along with a deep understanding of the desires of overseas Vietnamese longing for the taste of home, the CT Choice brand—carrying the slogan "Bringing Vietnamese Cuisine to the World’s Table"—was born. Its purpose is to develop ready-to-eat Vietnamese dishes that offer convenience while preserving traditional flavors.
2024 Restructure
The product restructuring implemented at the beginning of 2024 reflects C&T Produce’s commitment to product optimization, focusing on the research and development of high-standard traditional Vietnamese dishes for export to the U.S. and countries with Vietnamese communities.
