Kumquat With Rock Sugar is a rustic but very familiar dish and drink in Vietnamese cuisine, especially in winter. Kumquat (kumquat) is boiled with rock sugar to create a sweet, fragrant drink with many health benefits, especially in soothing the throat, reducing coughs and supporting digestion.

When kumquat is boiled with rock sugar, the slightly sour taste of kumquat blends with the sweetness of rock sugar, creating a very pleasant and easy-to-drink flavor. Water distilled from rock sugar is transparent yellow, fragrant and is often used to treat coughs, flu, or simply to quench thirst and supplement vitamin C for the body.

Drink cold: mixed with ice to make a refreshing drink.
