Product Introduction:
Làng Chài Xưa Golden Anchovy Fish Sauce is made from the rare golden anchovy with red belly (also known as red anchovy) and pure salt, fermented in aged wooden barrels. This fish sauce has a history of over 300 years in Làng Chài Xưa, Phan Thiết, and was originally placed in ceramic jars by the founder of the trade, Trần Gia Hòa, and was once sold by boat as the most popular in Vietnam. The Golden Anchovy Fish Sauce is one of the premium and uniquely delicious fish sauces from the Làng Chài Xưa Fish Sauce Museum, made from the rare golden anchovy with red belly (also known as red anchovy). This fish, scientifically named Apogen Anchovy, thrives in the nutrient-rich waters of Phan Thiết. The fish sauce made from the golden anchovy with red belly has a beautiful reddish-brown color, a strong aroma, high protein content, and a rich, sweet flavor from the anchovy extract.
