GUNGON SEAFOOD SAUCE INGREDIENTS: Sugar, garlic, refined vegetable oil, water, galangal, maltodextrin, chili, oyster sauce, cashew oil, onion, shrimp meat powder, salt, margarine, stabilizer (INS 1422, INS 415), fish sauce, flavor enhancer (INS 621, INS 635), mushroom powder, milk powder, yeast extract, moderate acidity (INS 514 (ii), preservative (INS 202).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING GUNGON SEAFOOD SAUCE:

Ratio of 240 grams of sauce with 1.2 - 1.5 kg of ingredients within 30 minutes. Then bake at 180°C for 7 - 15 minutes.

Soak dry shrimp in hot water for 10 - 15 minutes, rinse and drain. Marinate with 70 grams of sauce with 100 grams of shrimp paste for 1 hour. Then roast or dry at 70 - 80°C for 2 - 3 hours.
