Product Introduction: Tai Ky - Vietnamese Steamed Rice Roll Mix is a pre-mixed flour for making traditional Vietnamese steamed rice rolls (Banh Cuon). Just add water to create thin, soft crepes.

Instructions for Use: Mix the flour with the amount of water as instructed on the packaging. Steam the crepes over a steamer. Usually served with Vietnamese sausage (Cha Lua), bean sprouts, fried shallots, and dipping fish sauce.
