Instructions for Use:
Preparing the broth: Depending on the amount of pho broth you need to cook, use the amount of pho soup powder as directed on the packaging (usually one packet for a specific amount of water, e.g., 1-2 liters). Cooking the broth: Put the pho soup powder in a spice bag (if instructed) or directly into the broth pot (then skim off any residue if it doesn't dissolve completely). Simmering bones (optional): For a richer broth, it's recommended to simmer beef or chicken bones before adding the pho soup powder. Seasoning: Bring the broth to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for the instructed time (usually from 30 minutes to 1 hour or longer). Season with additional salt, sugar, and MSG (to taste) until it suits your preference. Finishing: After simmering, the pho broth will have a clear color and characteristic aroma. Use this broth to pour over pho noodles, meat, and accompanying fresh herbs.
Storage:
Store the pho soup powder in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. After opening the packaging, it should be tightly sealed to prevent moisture and maintain the best flavor.
Expiry Date:
The manufacturing date and expiry date are clearly printed on the product packaging.
