Usage Instructions:
Mix the flour with water according to the recommended ratio on the package.
Optionally, add coconut milk and a pinch of salt for a richer flavor.
Stir well and let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes before cooking.
Heat a pan, add some oil, pour a thin layer of batter, and add fillings like pork, shrimp, and bean sprouts. Cover and cook until crispy and golden.
Fold the pancake in half and serve with fresh herbs and sweet and sour fish sauce.
