Bánh cuốn flour mix is a perfect blend of rice flour and tapioca starch (or potato starch, depending on the recipe) that helps you easily create soft, thin, and slightly chewy steamed rice rolls. Convenient and easy to use, it allows you to make authentic, delicious bánh cuốn at home with restaurant-quality results.
Usage Instructions:
Mix the flour with water according to the recommended ratio (usually 1 part flour to 2 parts water, or as instructed on the packaging).
Stir well until fully dissolved.
Let the batter rest for 15–30 minutes to absorb the water properly.
Lightly oil a steamer tray or cloth, pour a thin layer of batter, and cover to steam.
Once cooked, gently lift the rice sheet and wrap with a filling of minced pork, wood ear mushrooms, or as desired.
Serve hot with sweet fish sauce and fresh herbs.
