Warranty Policy
CTWS Group ships products through third-party carriers and ensures that all goods are securely packaged. However, unforeseen risks and damage may occur during transit. Therefore, upon receiving the package, customers are advised to follow these three steps to inspect the goods with the delivery staff:
- Open the package and compare the contents with the purchase invoice.
- Check if the actual products match the items ordered.
- Inspect the packaging and products for any damage caused during transit.
- Check the product expiration date at the time of receipt.
If any of the above conditions are unsatisfactory, customers may request the delivery staff to confirm and return the items.
If payment was successfully made online, and upon inspection, the packaging or product is damaged/broken by more than 50%, CTWS Group will either:
- Reship a new package containing the correct products within 10 business days and collect the damaged items.
- Offer a price reduction as agreed upon.
CTWS Group will not be responsible for resolving complaints regarding missing or incorrect items after the customer has signed for and paid for the order.
