Shipping Policy
1. Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery Area: United States.
Delivery Time: Based on the delivery schedule of the nearest warehouse, as confirmed by both parties.
Schedule Updates: CTWS Group will update delivery schedules to different states via email to agents.
Delivery Method: Delivery to the provided address or pickup at the warehouse by agents.
2. Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery distance. To check the shipping fee for your order, please contact our hotline at +1 206 669 7848 - Ms. Thu Doan.
3. Order Cancellation:
We will make every effort to process all orders within 24 hours of placement. Orders can only be canceled at least one day before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Once the warehouse has completed order preparation, cancellations will not be accepted.

4. Order Confirmation:
- Phone Confirmation: Applied only for orders lacking sufficient delivery information or if the customer has requested this option.
- Email Confirmation: Applied for all orders with complete delivery information.
- Note: Confirmation emails may be sent to the Junk/Spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please search for "dziemchinh17@gmail.com" in your mailbox.
Orders will be automatically canceled if:
CTWS Group staff cannot contact the customer to confirm the order information.
5. Responsibility of the Merchant and Logistics Service Providers for Shipping Documents:
The logistics service provider is responsible for providing proof of goods receipt and delivery (photos and the recipient's signature) to both the buyer and the seller upon request.
