Brown Rice Noodles (Pho Gao Lut)
Product Introduction:
Brown Rice Noodles, also known as pho gao lut, are a type of pho noodle made from 100% whole grain brown rice flour. By retaining the bran and germ layers of the rice, brown rice pho has a distinctive light brown color and contains more nutrients than pho made from regular white rice, including fiber, B vitamins, magnesium, and antioxidants. This is a healthier alternative to traditional pho, suitable for health-conscious individuals, those on a diet, or those looking to increase their fiber intake. Brown rice noodles often have a chewier texture and the characteristic flavor of brown rice.
