Vegetables Pasta (Nui Ngu Sac)
Product Introduction:
Vegetables Pasta, also known as nui ngu sac (five-color pasta) or vegetable-infused pasta, is a type of pasta made from wheat flour combined with extracts or ground powder from natural vegetables. Common vegetables used include carrots (orange), beetroot (red/purple), spinach (green), pumpkin (yellow), and sometimes the natural white color from wheat flour is also present. The addition of vegetables not only creates visually appealing and attractive colors but also increases the vitamin, mineral, and fiber content of the product, making the dish more nutritious. Vegetables pasta often comes in various shapes such as spirals, tubes, rectangles, etc., suitable for many dishes and preferences.
Instructions for Use:
- Boil an adequate amount of water (approximately 100g of pasta with 1 liter of water). You can add a pinch of salt to make the pasta more flavorful.
