Sa Dec Rice Noodles are a famous specialty of Sa Dec city, Dong Thap province, made from rice flour and tapioca starch. The noodles are white, with a soft, chewy texture and a moderate amount of firmness, not too mushy. The distinctive aroma and taste of Sa Dec noodles have won the hearts of many, making it a popular dish in Vietnamese cuisine.
Usage Instructions
Boil water in a pot.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 3–5 minutes.
Remove the noodles and rinse them with cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
Drain the water and mix the noodles with a little oil to keep them from clumping.
Prepare the noodles as desired: you can cook them with broth, stir-fry, fry them crispy, or serve with fresh vegetables and dipping sauce
Storage Instructions
Before opening the package: Store the noodles in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
After opening the package: Store the noodles in an airtight container or tightly sealed plastic bag and keep them in the refrigerator.
