Cholimex Braised Meat Sauce is a complete seasoning blend made from fish sauce, garlic, shallots, sugar, salt, pepper, MSG, and caramel sauce, helping you create rich, flavorful braised meat dishes easily.
Instructions for use: One 50g pack is for 400g of meat. Marinate meat with the sauce for 20 minutes. Braise over low heat until meat firms up, add 150ml of hot water, and continue simmering until the sauce thickens. Add pepper to taste before serving.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
