
Cholimex Braised Fish Sauce 50g is a complete seasoning blend made from fish sauce, garlic, shallots, sugar, salt, MSG, caramel sauce, pepper, and chili, which helps eliminate the fishy odor and creates a flavorful, delicious braised fish dish, convenient for home cooks.
Instructions for use: Use 50g of seasoning for 400g of fish. Marinate the fish with the seasoning for 20 minutes. Braise the fish over low heat until the fish firms up, turning it to ensure the seasoning is absorbed. Add 150ml of hot water, bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and braise until the sauce thickens.
