
Instructions for Use:
Marinating the meat: Marinate the pre-processed beef with Anh Hai "Bo Kho" seasoning powder according to the ratio instructions on the packaging (usually about 1 packet for 0.5 - 1kg of beef). Mix well and let the meat absorb the seasoning for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cooking Bo Kho: Sauté minced garlic and shallots until fragrant (optional). Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Add water (the amount depends on the desired quantity of Bo Kho). Add any remaining seasoning powder to the pot. Braising the beef: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer the beef until tender. During the braising process, you can add carrots and potatoes (optional). Season again to taste. Finishing: The finished Bo Kho dish will have an appealing color, tender beef, and a rich, fragrant gravy.
Storage:
Store Anh Hai "Bo Kho" seasoning powder in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. After opening the packaging, it should be tightly sealed to prevent moisture and maintain the best flavor.
